Most phone images should be good enough to use for printing on our products.

Ensure that there is enough light on your pet's face. The more light there is, the more detail our artists will be able to pick up, and create the best designs of your pet.

Get your pet to sit or stand facing you to get the best angle.

If for any reason, our artists feel that the image is not good enough, we will email you to ask for a new image.

By submitting your photos to FurbabyPrints you grant FurbabyPrints permission to use these photos to create an original design to be printed on a product(s) of your choice.

As soon as you’ve placed your order, your pet image is sent to one of our artists.

The process of creating your one-of-a-kind design, through to quality control takes 3-4 days (when we get busy it can take up to 7 days).

If you order the option to "Skip The Queue" then your artwork will start before others in the design queue & so will be sent for printing faster.

The printing process can take 5-10 business days, depending on which product(s) you’ve chosen.

Shipping times will depend on your location. You can expect 2-4 weeks delivery time (5-6 weeks for international orders outside the US) from placing your order to receiving your custom pet product(s).

We send your photo(s) to an artist immediately after you place an order.

This means an artist can start working on your order within 2 hours.

So if you cancel after 2 hours of placing your order, then you will be charged $7.00 for each pet illustration in your order.

Once your artwork has been finalized and sent for printing, you cannot edit or cancel your order.

We generally recommend only using one pet per product so that you can see the detail of your pet.

However, larger items (blankets, towels and bedding) are able to have more than one pet.

Very satisfied with wallet. Nice leather with a lot of slots to carry credit cards along with pockets for cash.

These look good, really good. Definitely not a daily wearer though; very flimsy. I don't expect them to last more than 6 months. Probably fair for the price.

The bag held what I needed well, and the zipper locks worked. However, when the bag is full, the front pocket zipper will separate, completely opening the pocket (since the zipper covers the top and side of that pocket)

Got this as a Christmas present, she absolutely loves it. Exactly as the picture shows. Beautiful pattern. Definitely would recommend!

Lightweight yet durable. Lots of pockets and zippers to keep things organized and secure. I chose black because it doesn't show stains (although the bag is easy to clean) I use this for work as well as outdoor activities. I would stay away from the lighter colors.

The shirt is ok. It's just average looking. The biggest downside is that the material is much thicker/less breathable than I was anticipating. It's got a feel to it that makes me want to wear it less than other shirts (can't really put a finger on it).

My husband said very comfortable

I've heard the fit of these jeans resulted from Levi Strauss cutting the bottoms off a pair of overalls. I believe it, since the waist goes basically straight up from the butt. Since my waist goes in a bit from the wider bits six inches lower, the fabric puckers under and around my belt. I'll stick to the "relaxed fit" in the future, which fit me better.

This ring is a great replacement wedding band.

I got this for my boyfriend as part of his Christmas gift and gave it to him early. While it looks and feel very nice, it was deflected. The two card slots on the right could not fit any cards! The slit was cut too short. The slot on the left was fine though. I'm so disappointed in the craftsmanship because I thought this should have been the minimum.

Super cute a get compliments all the time the only thing is it loses it shape quickly so maybe stick like a towel in there when your not gonna use it

Im a 54, 138 lb female and I bought the medium. Its super great for the price and very comfy. This is the second once Ive bought! I love the cozy fit.

This purse arrived very quickly and I started using this purse the moment I received it. There was no odor. The strap was shipped inside the purse and had to be adjusted but it was the same as adjusting any other similar type strap. The purse size was what I was expecting - it holds the items listed in the description comfortably. I have a small (but full!) credit card wallet which fits plus a change purse, a small pack of kleenex, chapstick, keys, etc. My I-phone 8 fits in the back zipper pocket. I am a bit worried about the longevity of the inside material but we'll see. The buckles, etc, are gold which I don't mind but I don't know why the vendor doesn't just change the picture to match so people get what they see.A

This is a great size. Love the organization and the color. Stays on shoulder. I knocked off 1 star because it has a plastic zipper that makes it difficult to get into if your in a hurry. Great color options. Considering another in black.
